Most people calling about a Biohazard job have never dealt with anything like it before. Trauma Clean Pros's Kalaheo crews walk you through the process on the phone, then arrive ready with the right equipment for exactly what you described.
Speak With A Technician Our Services
Trauma Clean Pros has spent years earning trust in Kalaheo by treating every Biohazard call the same way — fully licensed crews, documented procedures, and equipment rated for the exact hazard on scene.
We keep the intake process simple on purpose: a dispatcher takes the details, and a crew is routed to Kalaheo without unnecessary back-and-forth.
A completed Biohazard job at Trauma Clean Pros always comes with photo documentation and a written report, since Kalaheo clients frequently need it for insurance or legal purposes.
Standard janitorial equipment isn't built for Biohazard jobs, which is why every Trauma Clean Pros truck carries ozone, hydroxyl, and enzymatic treatment equipment as standard gear.
Blood and bodily fluids carry bloodborne pathogens including Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and HIV, and these pathogens survive in flooring, grout, and drywall long after the surface looks clean. Household disinfectants aren't formulated to neutralize that level of contamination. In Kalaheo, these are the calls we take most often:
The longer these situations go unaddressed, the more material typically needs to be removed, since contamination doesn't stay contained to where it started.
When a death isn't discovered right away, decomposition byproducts soak into materials far beyond the visible area.
Once law enforcement releases a scene, someone still has to restore the property, including repairing any forced-entry damage.
Deep hoarding cleanups regularly uncover contamination and structural issues hidden underneath layers of clutter.
Sewage carries bacteria and parasites that make affected carpet, drywall, and insulation unsalvageable without full remediation.
Confirmed exposure sites need EPA-registered disinfectants applied under a documented protocol, not a standard cleaning visit.
Facility managers call us when an incident requires regulated waste handling beyond routine janitorial work.
Trauma Clean Pros's service list reflects the real calls that come out of Kalaheo — not a generic checklist copied from elsewhere.
We frequently combine services on one job, since a Kalaheo property with hoarding conditions often has secondary issues like mold or plumbing damage discovered during the sort.
Enzymatic cleaners and EPA-registered disinfectants remove blood and tissue from every affected surface, including subfloor when saturation occurred.
We remove decomposition-affected flooring down to subfloor when necessary, then run ozone or hydroxyl equipment to neutralize lingering odor.
We work through hoarded Kalaheo properties in stages, identifying contamination and pest issues before full removal begins.
Category 3 water response means full removal of affected materials, not just drying — followed by thorough disinfection.
Confirmed exposure sites get hospital-grade treatment, not a standard cleaning pass.
Warehouses and facilities across Kalaheo call us for incidents requiring regulated waste manifests and proper disposal documentation.
A dispatcher at +1-844-401-0166 takes down the specifics so the crew arrives prepared for exactly what's there.
Our Kalaheo coverage keeps a crew close by, so arrival time rarely stretches past an hour.
The crew isolates the work area, removes anything that can't be salvaged, and disinfects using EPA-registered products under OSHA guidelines.
A written report and photo documentation accompany every completed Kalaheo job.
Every technician carries current bloodborne pathogen certification, and full liability coverage protects your property from the first call.
